Usage and Features
The feed gas can be natural gas, petroleum gas, light oil gas, synthetic gas, coal gas, semi-water gas and other various gases. Usage of type DS2 zinc oxide desulfurizer at a low temperature can guarantee high purity of gases containing large amount of inorganic sulfur(1-2 g/m3) and small simple organic sulfur(such as COS,CS2). It's suitable to remove hydrogen sulfide both at high(350-450C and low temperatures(30-350C), while it's better for high temperature.
 
Zinc oxide desulfurizer can also be used as a protective agent for synthesizing carbinol, hypoallergenic and methanation catalyst.
 
The usage:
  1. Serve as raw material of fine desulfurization when using natural gas or light oil vapor gas conversion  makes hydrogen or ammonia
  2. Serve as conversion catalyst to protect methane before conversion catalyst when coke-oven gas makes ammonia
  3. Serve as low transformation protectant before copper low temperature conversion catalyst when using natural gas or naphtha as raw material makes ammonia or hydrogen
  4. Other techniques for fine desulfurization
