Brown corundum ball grinding sand
Brown corundum, also known as diamond, is a brown-brown artificial corundum made from bauxite, carbon materials and iron scraps by melting and reducing in an electric arc furnace. The main chemical composition of brown corundum is AL2O3, its content is 95.00% - 97.00%, and contains a small amount of Fe, Si, Ti and so on. Brown corundum is the most basic abrasive, because of its good grinding performance, a wide range of applications, low price, is widely used.
Brown corundum ball grinding sand processed by ball mill production line. The packing density is lower than that of Bamak sand. The characteristics of brown corundum ball grinding and shaping sand are high purity, strong self-sharpness, good toughness and low magnetic content. The sintered grinding tools made of the grinding tools are sharp, low heating rate, high grinding ratio and less adhesion when used. After firing, the color is dark blue, no mesh cracks and no rust spots. After washing, the dust is very low. It is suitable for making ceramic, resin, high consolidation abrasives, grinding and polishing.
Characteristic: low packing density, high purity, strong self-sharpness, good toughness, low magnetic content, the abrasive made of it has sharp grinding, low heating rate, high grinding ratio, and less adhesion when used. The sintered abrasive has the characteristics of dark blue after sintering, no net cracks, no rust spots. To minimize the dust, it is suitable for making ceramics, resin high consolidation abrasives and abrasive polishing.
