Brown corundum, Brown aluminium oxide
Brown corundum, also known as diamond, is a brown-brown artificial corundum made from bauxite, carbon materials and iron scraps by melting and reducing in an electric arc furnace. The main chemical composition of brown corundum is AL2O3, its content is 95.00% - 97.00%, and contains a small amount of Fe, Si, Ti and so on. Brown corundum is the most basic abrasive, because of its good grinding performance, a wide range of applications, low price, is widely used.
Brown corundum block
The brown corundum block is made of high bauxite, anthracite, pig iron pin and additives and then put into the furnace to electrify and smelt at high temperature. The alumina content and hardness of the brown corundum block are higher, so the brown corundum block is more difficult to process, and the ordinary processing equipment is more difficult to process the brown corundum block.
Before processing brown corundum block, the raw brown corundum block should be roughly selected and selected for impurities, then broken at the beginning, broken at the roll or Bamak, then filtered through vibrating screen, magnetic separation, water washing, acid washing, testing and inserting them, finally brown corundum packaging into the library.
